Global Gaming Awards 2015: results

A ceremony of awarding in the field of online gambling that is called Global Gaming Awards is held in Las Vegas annually. This year was no exception. The ceremony took place in the end of September at Venetian Palazzo hotel.

The brightest event of the evening was Microgaming triumphed in two nominations. Company, which specializes in online casino games development, is one of the biggest on the market. Microgaming developers have received the main prize in the following nominations: 'Best innovative development' for 'VR Roulette' and 'The best game of the year' for creating 'Jurassic Park' online slot.

Microgaming CEO Roger Raatgever commented on the win:

'We’ve created really incredible game which deserved the victory. Jurassic Park is a revolutionary product for computers and mobile devices. We’re proud of our win. “VR Roulette” is also a wonderful game and we promise we won’t stop at what we’ve reached'.

NetEnt company, which also develops online games, was called 'The supplier of the year' and was ahead of such giants as Playtech and Amaya.

Surprises also happened. 'The best affiliate program' award went to almost unknown Canadian company Income Access, though 888 Casino, Unibet Casino and Paddy Power seemed to be ahead in this race.
