Playtech signed an agreement with PokerStars

As iGaming Business reports, PokerStars and one of the most popular software for online casino suppliers - Playtech Company - made an agreement about Playtech supplying its video slots on PokerStars poker room platform.

This news is a little bit weird as PokerStars have online casino of their own and they’ve just launched sportsbook department. Despite all that, they will now install Playtech slots and for that there will be a special section PokerStars Vegas.

It is also expected that new slots based on DC Comics universe for mobile devices and desktops will appear at PokerStars, as well as Frankie Dettori, Age of Gods, Great Blue, White King and Top Gun.

PokerStars Casino director Sam Hobcraft commented on the news:

“We are happy to make an agreement with one of the best slot developers in the worlds. Now we will be able to provide our clients not just with common slots but as well with progressive jackpot slots”.

Playtech operational director Shimon Akad also said a few words:

“We are happy to sign the contract with the biggest poker room on the planet - PokerStars. Together we will be able to evolve as it is one of the most popular and recognizable brands in the history of online gambling”.
