The company Cryptologic was created almost two decades ago by the brothers Mark and Andrew Rivkin. They were the first in the industry of online gambling. Recently they told to the journalists about the creation of their project, its development, about the difficulties and 'pitfalls' they have faced during these 20 years. There were also recollections of some funny episodes.

Andrew and Mark started in the basement of their parents’ house. Most of the worldwide popular modern companies started in the 90s in such a manner. The Rivkin brothers were creating software which later became the fundament of the industry of online gambling development which now has billions in profits, in that basement.

It was quite difficult for Mark and Andrew at first. They were trying all kinds of tricks to attract the attention of investors. Young men had to convince investors using different methods and approaches that their development is worth the attention but all they got in the beginning were skepticism and laughs. The investors expressed serious doubts in some people willingly giving money to some risky enterprise. However, the brothers were convincing and the investors changed their minds eventually which lead to immense profits in the future.
