Playtech record profits
Playtech company which develops software for online casinos published information about their income in the first quarter of 2015. Net profit of the company increased by 31% in comparison with 2014 and became €134 900.000. The growth of profits is mostly reached due to the online casino sector as other departments of the company aren’t that successful.
Despite completely going out of Belgian market in 2014, total profit without taxes increased by 29%. The average daily profit of the company also increased by 9%.
New agreements with big companies about providing software had a big impact on the growth of profits in 2015. Among those agreements the contract with Ray, company from Finland, Ladbrokes and also a deal with LeoVegas casino about adding Playtech Open Platform.
This success of the company improved Playtech position on stock market with each stock becoming 7% more expensive.
