Novomatic finalized the deal of Talarius purchase

In the end of June Austrian online casinos software supplier Novomatic finalized the purchase of one of the most popular British operators - Talarius Company. That way, by paying $A 210,000,000, Novomatic increased its influence of the British market and became the biggest gambling operator for adults in the country.

Let us remind you that Novomatic was founded by Johann Graf in 1980. In the moment it has offices in 50 countries, manages 235,000 gaming terminals and has 24,000 workers.

Ex-owners of Talarius, the company Tatts Group worked hard at the profitability increase during the last 8 years. In result, by 2015 Talarius turnover reached £65,500,000, the number of terminals in Great Britain became 7,500 and the number of workers in the company exceeded 1000. This let the owners realize that in the moment to sell is the best option and Novomatic emerged on the horizon. Austrian developers realized Talarius has the potential and made a request on its purchase.
